Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; you will receive a notification once your refund is processed.
